About Me:

Lets see, three things about me you may not know. Well I have a history degree, which is why I enjoy non-fiction so much. I am constantly on a mission to learn something new. This year I have been studying constellations and last year I taught myself how to crochet. Hum, for a third one…. Oh I know I can’t iron. I have burned and melted so many shirts, it really has become a problem, but I am working on it! I guess I will thrown in a bonus bookish fact, I hated reading between the ages of 12-16. I don’t know if it was a phase or what, but when I was younger I loved to read and when I was 17 I started to love it again. But, during those years I only read what I had to.

Chelsea’s Questions:

1. What other languages do you speak, and which language(s) would you like to learn?

Sadly, I speak only english fluently. I do know a little bit of a few other languages, but not nearly enough to say I speak them. I would love to learn Spanish and Russian one day.
2. What would your ideal home library look like?

I would love a mix of these two libraries. I guess I love the color blue more than I thought I did. I just want a calm room where I can relax and my books are kept nice a safe. I want enough shelves so I do not need to stack my books one top of each other horizontally because that is bad for the binding. That is the main reason why I unhaul so many books.

3. Describe your favourite tea or coffee mug.

4. Which author, living or dead, would you most like to meet and why?

Louisa May Alcott and Stephen King, they are my top two authors. Neither one has ever disappointed me. I would want to meet Alcott because I would love to talk to her about her amazing characters. Not many people know this but there are actually multiple stories that follow the beloved March family. I also think she would just be great to talk to and get advice from. I mean if you developed the character of Marmee you have to have some sound advice. On the other hand I would love to meet Stephen King because I feel like he would be an awesome person to watch a few scary movies with and hang out with. I currently have to watch all scary movies alone, I guess I am the only person who enjoys scary movies that mess with your head a bit.
5. What’s your unpopular food opinion?

I cannot stand tomatoes and I do not like classic Oreos. I feel like I am the only person who doesn’t enjoy both of these. I find tomatoes to have an unpleasant texture and I just don’t enjoy the cookie part of an Oreo that much.

My Questions:

  1. What is your favorite time of the year?
  2. What is your favorite bookish memory?
  3. What is the first book you remember reading?
  4. If you could have everyone read one book what would it be?
  5. What book character do you relate to the most?

My Favorite Post:

Currently, I think my favorite is my birthday book haul. I love getting books as presents and I love sharing books with everyone. You can find that post here: Birthday Book Haul!

  1. Thanks for tagging me, Luna! I’ve already done this one but maybe I’ll get to it again one day! I love those libraries and blue works so well with them. I hate tomatoes too haha they are gross. It was great reading your answers 😀

  2. Thanks for answering my questions, and I love your answers! Blue is one of my favourite colours too and I love those library pictures you included. I’d never thought about a blue library before but it does have such a calming effect, I love it! I adore your mug too! I don’t mind raw tomatoes, but I have a texture issue with cooked tomatoes. Not a fan at all, I even used to eat my pasta without sauce as a kid!

    1. Glad you enjoyed my answers. I actually am alright with sauces and things with tomatoes in it. In fact when I was a kid I would get in trouble for “using all of the sauce”. It is so funny how everyone is so different with textures and tastes.
